Steps below to Register and Create a NEW Login to manage your online account:

- Next, click on the “CREATE ACCOUNT” button.
- Proceed to provide all the required information exactly how it appears on your health plan card such as:
- Name
- Member ID
- State
- Date of Birth
- Email Address
- Next, create a new Username and Password.
- Select the security questions that your prefer and provide the appropriate answers.
- Finally, click on the “Register” button.
- Make sure you receive a registration confirmation or make sure you can login and manage your new account and place orders.
