LIFETIME MEMBERS: You Get Access to Free ETOOLS / Here are some basic facts to be know about the Free eTools for Lifetime Members program.

What is WW eTools? This program is a special opportunity for eligible Lifetime Members to receive free access to eTools in recognition of their great achievements. These eTools remain free as long as they maintain their eligibility.

What are the Lifetime Member’s eligibility requirements for getting Free eTools? The requirements for Free eTools for Lifetime Members are the same as the requirements for Free Meetings for Lifetime Members. They will need to make sure they go in and weigh in once every calendar month and be within 2 pounds of their goal weight.

Does this apply to new Lifetime Members or all Lifetime Members? The requirement is for every type of or all Lifetime Members still at goal and attending each month.

Is there a weight eligibility restriction? Yes. They can not be below the lowest weight in their Weight Watchers Healthy Weight Range.

If they are below their Healthy Weight Range, will sign­up be stopped? Yes. A page with the headline “Sorry, Weight Watchers online products are not able to meet your needs at this time” will appear along with an explanation of why they can not continue the sign­up.

How will they sign­up for eTools? When a member reaches Lifetime status, the Leader or Receptionist will provide the Lifetime Member with their first Free eTools for Lifetime Members Voucher. The eTools Voucher will include their special Access Code / Activation Code along with all the necessary instructions for sign­up. There are separate instructions for those who are new users or current users. If the Lifetime Member is a new eTools user they will need to follow the New Users instructions on the Voucher. If they currently use eTools then they should follow the Existing Users instructions.

At the New Users next month’s weigh­in, they will receive another Voucher but they will then need to follow the Lifetime Member Existing Users instructions on the Voucher.

Does the Lifetime Member have to enter their credit card information at sign­up? Yes they will need to do so. If the Lifetime Member loses their eligibility for Free eTools but wants to continue using eTools, they will begin to be billed monthly until they cancel, using the credit card information entered at sign­up.

What if the Lifetime Member is no longer within the requirements (skipped a weigh­in or is more than two pounds from their goal weight)? They will not receive a new Voucher from their Leader or Receptionist at that weigh­in. They will be able to continue using eTools for Free until the end of their current Free subscription period.

IMPORTANT!:Before the new period begins the non-eligible member will need to cancel their eTools subscription. If they do not, they will be charged a fee at that time and they will continue to be billed each month until they cancel or get back within Lifetime Member guidelines and eligibility.

Will Lifetime Members be notified if their Free eTools subscription is ending? Yes, a notification email will be sent {14} days before to the expiration of the current free program. This will be to remind them to weigh in at the meeting room and collect their new free eTools access code if they are eligible so that they can continue the free subscription.

Does the Lifetime Member have to wait until the current Voucher expires before entering a new Access Code? No. They can enter the new code at anytime and the system will then add the additional time on to the current Free eTools subscription.

Activate a WW eTools Voucher:

  2. Click on the “Redeem an activation code” button.
  3. You will be sent to: https://www.weightwatchers.com/us/checkout/#/activation
  4. Type in the eTools Access Code in the fields provided.
  5. Click on the “CONTINUE TO SIGN UP” button.
  6. Proceed to move forward and provide all the required information to complete the online activation.

Renew or Add On a WW eTools Voucher:

If you have a current and active username and password for your Lifetime Digital Tools account:

  1. Visit: www.weightwatchers.com/us/etools OR www.weightwatchers.com/lifetimeetools to activate eTools on your device.
  2. Click on the “Redeem an activation code” button.
  3. You will be sent to: https://www.weightwatchers.com/us/checkout/#/activation
  4. Click on the” Click here to renew your At-Work eTools.” link.
  5. Login to your current account and add the voucher code by selecting the “Enter Free Lifetime Digital Tools access code” link under the “Payment and Account Type” title.
  6. Enter in the code listed on your voucher card (You do not need to enter the dashes).
  7. Review the Summary of your Subscription page.
  8. Select the “Confirm & Review” button to save and complete your renewal process. *Important: If this step isn’t done successfully then new voucher code will not be saved to your subscription account and the auto recurring billing will kick in on the prior scheduled billing date.
