UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company manages FirstLine Medical. OptumRx is a full-service prescription drug benefit provider. They work with with a broad network of retail chain and independent pharmacies. They are popular for their mail service pharmacy through OptumRx Home Delivery and another specialty pharmacy (BriovaRx); however, FirstLine Medical is the supplier of all products for them.

If you are enrolled in a qualifying Health Plan, you will want a create an account so that you will be able to view and manage your products and orders online. You can also shop personal care products at no extra cost to you. If you want to access the online store now, follow these easy steps below. Just be sure you have your personal information (Health Products Benefit Card) ready to get started.

After you have signed up and purchased a qualifying plan, you can expect to receive a Health Products Benefit Card in the mail. The credits will regularly be loaded onto your card every few months or so. Nothing will need to be done on your end except to use the credits. After they load it, you can then use the card to buy health products at your local Walgreens or through the FirstLine Medical catalog by mail, website or call center.

Covered products may include:

  • Oral care, eye and ear care items.
  • Pain relievers, cold remedies and vitamins.
  • Thermometers, blood pressure monitors and much more.

Steps below to Register and Create a NEW Login to manage your online account:

  1. Visit the following website in your internet browser: www.healthproductsbenefit.com.
  2. Next, click on the “CREATE ACCOUNT” button.
  3. Proceed to provide all the required information exactly how it appears on your health plan card such as:
    1. Name
    2. Member ID
    3. State
    4. Date of Birth
    5. Email Address
  4. Next, create a new Username and Password.
  5. Select the security questions that your prefer and provide the appropriate answers.
  6. Finally, click on the “Register” button.
  7. Make sure you receive a registration confirmation or make sure you can login and manage your new account and place orders.

Steps below to login into an EXISTING online account:

  1. Visit the following website in your internet browser: www.healthproductsbenefit.com
  2. Type in your current User ID and Password in the spaces provided.
  3. Click on the “LOGIN” button.
  4. Verify that all your personal details are correct. If you see nay issues please be sure to contact customer service.
  5. Review and Manage your account. Place any orders or review your benefit credits.
