OTC Essentials Login, Order, Balance, and Allowance. Auth Registration
Today, certain health plans that offer what is known as Over-the-Counter (OTC) Essentials coverage. It allows eligible customers or members to receive, at no additional cost certain medical products. Some companies use FirstLine Medical as the supplier of all the products available to order. Each qualifying health plan that offers this Essentials coverage allows its plan holders to receive health and wellness products from a catalog or online such as the ones seen below.

Steps below to Register and Create a NEW Login to manage your online account:
- Visit the following website in your internet browser: https://www.otc-essentials.com/Auth/Registration.
- Proceed to provide all the required information exactly how it appears on your health plan card such as:
- Name
- Member ID
- State
- Date of Birth
- Email Address
- Next, create a new Username and Password.
- Select the security questions that your prefer and provide the appropriate answers.
- Click on the “Register” button.
- Be sure you receive a registration confirmation or make sure you can login and manage your new account and place orders.
Steps below to login into an EXISTING Over-The-Counter Essentials online account:
- Visit the following website in your internet browser: https://www.otc-essentials.com/.
- Type in your current User ID and Password in the spaces provided.
- Click on the “Login” button.
- Verify that all your personal details are correct. If you see nay issues please be sure to contact customer service.
- Review and Manage your account. Place any orders or see your benefit credits.
