• The MyNortonChart is not an email system, but it does allow you to securely send messages to your provider.
• You may send request for medical advice or other non-urgent messages.

2. Select the “SIGN UP NOW” button
3. Type your MyChart Activation Code in the space provided.
4. Type the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number in the space provided.
5. Type your Date of Birth in the space provided.
6. Select the “Next” button to move forward.
7. Continue to provide necessary information and move forward until complete.

2. Select the “SIGN IN” button.
3. Type in your current User Name in the space provided.
4. Type in your current Password in the space provided.
5. Select the “LOGIN” button.
6. You may now begin using the tools available.

There are three ways activate a MyNortonChart account:

• During your next visit with a Norton Healthcare provider, you will receive a MyNortonChart activation code on your After-Visit Summary (AVS).
