Easy steps to follow for NEW patients who need to register for an account online:

  1. Visit www.mychart.ahn.org in your preferred search engine on your device.
  2. Select the “REGISTER NEW USER” button found below the “Register Now” section.
  3. Provide your Allegheny Health Network MyChart Activation Code in the spaces provided.
  4. Provide the patient’s Social Security Number in the space provided.
  5. Provide the Date of Birth of the patient on file in the spaces provided.
  6. Select the “Next” button to continue forward.
  7. Proceed to move forward and provide all the necessary information to complete the registration for patient’s account online.
  8. Confirm that all account information and personal details are correct.
  9. Click on the “Next” button to move forward.
